What are prop firm pass rates?

Most prop firms don’t publish their pass rates, and the few that do can’t usually be checked. On-chain prop firms are the exception: at the four we track, where evaluations can be checked on a public blockchain or come from figures the firm publishes daily, between 12.9% and 21.5% of finished evaluations pass, all-time. Hypernova has the highest pass rate at 21.5%, followed by Propr at 16.2%, FundedHive at 15.9% and Vanta Trading at 12.9%. Over the last 30 days the range is 16.5% to 20.1%.

Key statistics

  1. 21.5% at Hypernova. 991 of 4,619 finished evaluations passed all-time; 20.1% over the last 30 days.Source: on-chain, from its evaluation contract on Arbitrum.
  2. 16.2% at Propr. 4,347 of 26,754 finished evaluations passed all-time, free trials excluded; 18.2% over the last 30 days, and 17.0% for 1-step.Source: published by Propr on its transparency dashboard, recorded daily by Payout Junction (last 5 October 2026).
  3. 15.9% at FundedHive (Pay From Profits 1-step). 2,091 accounts funded from 13,113 evaluations started 27 days earlier, the typical time to pass; 16.5% over the last 30 days. Its 2-step pass rate is 4.9%.Source: on-chain, from its activation records.
  4. 12.9% at Vanta Trading. 359 of 2,775 finished evaluations passed all-time; 16.8% over the last 30 days, and about 21% at the $50K size. The most common way an evaluation ends is hitting a drawdown or daily loss limit (1,757 times).Source: network validated, from Vanta Network’s public validator data.
  5. 54,663 evaluations started and 7,788 funded across the four firms, all-time.
  6. $6,746,378 paid to their traders across 11,968 payouts, every one verified on-chain.

How we work out a pass rate

Pass rate = evaluations passed ÷ evaluations finished (passed or failed).

It isn’t Funded ÷ Started, for two reasons:

FundedHive’s contracts record funded accounts but not failed evaluations, so its pass rate divides accounts funded by evaluations started 27 days earlier, the typical time to pass.

Why only four firms?

Most prop firms keep evaluation results in their own systems and don’t publish them, so there’s no pass rate anyone can check. These four either run payouts or evaluations through smart contracts or a decentralised network, or publish daily figures we record.

Frequently asked questions

Which prop firm has the highest pass rate?
Of the four on-chain firms, Hypernova, at 21.5% of finished evaluations all-time and 20.1% over the last 30 days, read from its evaluation contract. Propr follows at 16.2% (published by Propr), then FundedHive at 15.9% (1-step, on-chain) and Vanta Trading at 12.9% (network validated).
Why isn’t the pass rate just funded accounts divided by evaluations started?
Because “started” includes evaluations still running, and accounts funded in a period mostly come from evaluations started earlier. We use finished evaluations only; the full method is on our methodology page.
Are these pass rates verified?
Three of the four are read from public records: Hypernova’s and FundedHive’s from their contracts, and Vanta Trading’s from its network’s validator data. Propr publishes its own figure, which we record daily and label as published by Propr wherever it appears.
